Tip of the month..
The "One Hand Backhand" is all about timing and control. Notice how the non-hitting arm pulls the racquet back. At this time transfer your weight from the back leg to the front leg in order to generate enough momentum; 
  • Pull your racquet using your non-hitting arm
  • Start shifting your weight to the front leg
  • Strike the ball in front of the body
  • With your momentum moving forward extend your hitting arm towards the net, and the non-hitting arm towards the back fence
  • Allow the follow through to be relaxed, leaning forward at the end of the stroke
